How to do it
Open Targets under Clients. Two cards: commission and sales value billed, the target, the percentage, what is still to bill and where an even pace (calendar days) would be today.
A deal counts as billed from the day it first reached its pipeline's billed stage (by default the one named SPA or down payment, else the Won stage) or any later one. A deal lost after it no longer counts.
This month, quarter or year: a quarter or a year adds up its months' targets.
Owners and admins see the agency's total and every broker's line; a realtor sees their own. The same short version sits at the top of the Report, and the one-pager PDF and the evening pipeline email carry this month's.
Or ask Claude
“How much have we billed against target this month?”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
