Can Key Deal create a listing from a developer's message?
Yes. Paste the message or describe the property in your own words, and Key Deal fills in the price, size, bedrooms, location and other details it can read. Anything the text does not say is left blank and marked as missing, so nothing is guessed. You check every field before saving.
What is the difference between public, unlisted and private listings?
A public listing is on your website and in searches. An unlisted listing opens for anyone with its link but appears on no public list, which suits a property you want to send without advertising it. A private listing opens only for the people who run it, and cannot be sent to clients.
Can I show off-plan projects before they launch?
Yes. Set the status to Upcoming and give the expected release, from an exact day to a quarter or a year. When the project opens for expressions of interest, change it to EOI with its dates, and the day after allocation it turns to open market by itself.
How many listings can an independent realtor have?
The realtor plan has up to 25 live listings at a time. Drafts and archived listings do not count, and a listing that is already live can always be edited. The agency plan has no limit.
Can I find a listing by the reference my agency uses?
Yes. The search box finds a listing by its title, community, building, developer, your own agency reference, its WS reference or its short team code. Joined words and small typos are forgiven when nothing matches exactly.
Can I keep a list of listings for myself?
Yes. Heart a listing to add it to Favourites, or make your own named lists. Your lists are yours alone and work the same way through the Claude connector.
