Who opened what, and for how long
Every open of a client's link is recorded on their page: when they first looked, when they came back, how long they read and which documents they opened. A client who came back for the payment plan is the warmest call of the day.

Does Key Deal message my clients for me?
No. When you send a listing or a collection, Key Deal makes the client's link and writes the WhatsApp text and the email, and you send them yourself. New-listing alerts are the exception you choose: switch them on for a client and Key Deal emails them the new listings that fit, in the evening, in your name.
How do I know a client opened a listing?
Every client gets their own link, so each open of it is recorded on their page: when they first opened it, when they came back, how long they read and which documents they opened. Your dashboard lists the clients and listings with the most activity.
What is a collection?
Several listings behind one link, chosen for one client or for anyone, with your note and you as the contact. It opens on your own website, can be downloaded as one PDF, and can be turned off when the client has decided.
Can a client reply to me about a property?
Yes. A client who opens their own link can write to you on the listing page itself. You see and answer the message in that client's inbox in your dashboard, and they see your answer on the same page.
Is it safe to forward a client's link?
A client's link is theirs: if they forward it, opens are recorded against them. When you share a listing anywhere else, Key Deal always uses the public address, so another client's private link never ends up on social media or in a group chat.
Can I show a listing on a video call?
Yes. Press Present on the listing and every team control is hidden until you end presenting, so the client sees only what a client sees. View as your client does the same for a quick check.
