Real estate website

A property website that updates itself every time you edit a listing.

Most broker websites are a page somebody built once and nobody updates. With Key Deal every account has its own website at yourname.keydeal.io, and every listing you publish is on it at once, with its photos, brochures, payment plans and map. Change a price in the dashboard and the website says it too.

Clients search by location, type, bedrooms, price, handover and payment plan, and see the results the way they prefer.

1 assistant

On every listing page

Ask answers a client's questions from your listings and your own answers, and hands over to you when it cannot.

Listing pages clients actually read to the end

Each property gets a page made for a phone opened from WhatsApp: the photos, the price, the documents first, then the video, the units, the payment plan and the location. Brochures open inside the page, so the client never loses the property.

  • Photos that zoom, video tours played on the page, brochures read in place
  • Payment plans drawn as tabs, each instalment with its amount
  • A map with a satellite view and a link to directions
  • Price in five currencies, a Share menu led by WhatsApp, and a Translate menu

An assistant that answers, then hands over

Every listing page carries Ask, which answers from that listing, your other listings and the answers you wrote. When it cannot answer, it takes the client's name and number and the enquiry lands in your CRM with their brief filled in.

  • Size, price per square foot, service charge, handover, payment plan and more
  • Shortlists like "give me three options under 2 million" from your own listings
  • Never guesses: a blank field becomes an offer to ask you
  • The questions it could not answer are listed for you, most asked first
Example

Here's the Sea Cliff page on Notion. Make it a listing, 60/40 plan, publish it.

Done. Sea Cliff at Dubai Islands is live at yourname.keydeal.io/l/sea-cliff…, with 5 photos, the brochure and the payment plan. Two things are still blank: service charge and parking.

Drop WS-4F2A9K to 2.9 million.

Updated. It was AED 2.95M; it is now AED 2.9M.

About and Contact pages, and enquiries that land in your CRM

Write your About page in the dashboard with a live phone preview. Your Contact page fills itself from your profile, and its contact form turns every message into a client with the enquiry attached.

  • Contact details always taken from your profile, so they never go stale
  • Several offices with directions, and your social links
  • Every enquiry in one inbox, unread until you open it
  • Titles, link previews and a sitemap written for search engines on every page

  • Up to three featured listings, each badged Featured, Trending or Hot selling
  • Blog posts with their own pages, ready for search
  • Visitors and enquiries counted by the realtor who brought them

Questions

What people ask about real estate website.

Anything else? Search the help centre or ask us.

Do I need a web designer to have a property website?

No. Every Key Deal account comes with its own website at yourname.keydeal.io, made from your listings and your profile. You write the About page in the dashboard and publish listings as you normally would; the website follows on its own.

Does the website update when I change a listing?

Yes. The website reads the same listing your team edits, so a new price, a new brochure or a sold-out status shows on the page as soon as it is saved. A draft or private listing is never on it.

What does the Ask assistant on a listing page answer?

It answers questions about that listing and your other published listings, such as size, price per square foot, service charge, handover and payment plan, and the questions you answered yourself in your FAQ. It never invents a figure: when a field is blank it offers to put the client in touch with you and saves the enquiry in your CRM.

Where do website enquiries go?

Into your CRM as clients, with the message and what they asked about. They also show in Inquiries, an inbox where each one stays unread until you open it. On an agency site, an enquiry from a realtor's link goes to that realtor.

What does the agency plan add to the website?

A Team page with a page for each member, Services and FAQs pages, rotating home banners, a featured row, and a blog, testimonials from the agency's own clients. A listing opened from a realtor's link shows that realtor as the contact, and visitors are counted by who brought them.

Is the website good for Google?

Every page has its own title and description sized for search results, a preview card for when it is shared, structured data and a sitemap. Listing pages describe the property in full, which is the text search engines read.
