Roles and listing access
The owner has everything; admins have everything except billing, the agency's address and closing it. A realtor works on what is assigned to them: all of the agency's listings, the ones you select, or none.

Approval before a public listing goes live
A realtor's new public listing, and every change to one that is live, waits for an owner or admin. The live listing is untouched until it is approved, and approvals can be switched off when you trust the team to publish.

Each member says which team they are on and which areas they cover. Find the right colleague by team and area, email them all at once or message each on WhatsApp.

How to start

Set up the agency
Create the agency, its website address and your own owner account.
Invite the team
Agency, then Invite. Send emails, or share one link limited to your company's email domain.
Give each person their access
Set roles and listing access, assign listings and clients, and choose whether public listings need approval.

What is the difference between an owner, an admin and a realtor?
The owner can do everything at the agency. An admin can do everything the owner can for listings, clients, the website, the team and developers, but not billing, the agency's address or closing the agency. A realtor works on the listings and clients assigned to them, and their public listings wait for approval unless approvals are switched off.
Is the agency plan priced per user?
No. The agency plan is one monthly price for the whole team, with no charge per seat, so adding a realtor costs nothing more.
What happens to a realtor's listings and clients when they leave?
Everything they held is handed to the agency's owner in the same step, so no listing or client is lost and nothing is left without someone looking after it. The clients' tracked links and history stay as they were.
Can I stop anyone with the invite link from joining?
Yes. Restrict the link to your company's email domains and only addresses at those domains can join. Accounts made through a shared link start with the email address unconfirmed and are sent a confirmation, and the Invite page shows who has not confirmed yet.
Whose name does a client see on a listing?
On a plain link, the agency's. When a realtor shares a listing from their own account, through Send, Copy my link or a collection, the client sees that realtor as the contact, with their own WhatsApp and number.
Can every member use Claude?
Yes. Every member of the agency can connect Claude to their own account at no extra cost, and it works within what their role allows. Owners and admins see who has connected it and can send a reminder.
