A blog on your agency's website

Write articles at your-site/blog with a title, a summary and a cover picture, keep them as drafts or publish them, and Blog joins your website's menu once one is live. Each post gets its own page, link preview and place in your sitemap.

What your clients say, on your website

Add clients' own words, with a line about them and a photo if you like, and they show on your home page and About page in the order you choose. Hide one without deleting it. Only real clients' words, with their permission.

Feasibility for short-term lets and commercial units

A feasibility sheet can now be a long let, a short-term let (nightly rate, occupancy, management fee and utilities) or a commercial unit (fit-out, value after fit-out and VAT), worked out the way Firas's calculator does. Each sheet also shows the net return on the price and the net return after the mortgage, and a listing can have up to 24 sheets.

“Add a short-term feasibility for the studio on WS-4F2A9K: AED 450 a night, 75% occupied”

Payment plans split at the handover date

A plan written as monthly instalments is now split into what is paid before handover and after it, using the listing's handover date, so a comparison's Paying for it page says what the client pays before, on and after the keys.

The brokers' leaderboard

Clients, Report now ranks the brokers by the commission on deals they won this month, quarter or year, with sales and deals won beside it. Owners and admins see everyone and can download it as Excel; a realtor sees their own place.

Ask Claude
“Who is top of the leaderboard this month?”

Who is online, and when each person last used Key Deal

Owners and admins see a green dot for anyone online now and when everyone else was last active, on the Team page (sorted by most recently active if you like) and beside each realtor in Analytics.

The commission each developer pays, per project

Keep the commission agreed with each developer on its Commissions tab: a standard rate and any project that pays differently, as a percentage or an amount, with the dates it holds. The rate that applies shows on each listing's Details page, and the lot downloads as Excel or PDF. Owners and admins only.

How each developer takes payment

Tick what a developer accepts (cheque, cash, bank transfer, crypto or a payment link) once in Edit developer. Your team sees it on every listing by that developer, never a client, and Listings filters by it.

The comparison report is built for one client

A comparison now opens with a title page, then the client's goals and what you are solving, each option on its own, the options side by side, and a closing What happens next page with your next steps and contact. Pick one of your clients and their brief fills the goals page; write the problem and the next steps in your own words, or leave them for plain defaults.

A client's own figures, and their currency, in a comparison

In the Compare panel, change an option's price, rent, growth, mortgage or inflation for this report only: the listing's feasibility stays as saved. Choose a second currency (US dollars, pounds, euros or Australian dollars) and every AED figure in the report gets it underneath, at the daily rate and marked approximate.

Feasibility has its own step, and a sheet per payment plan

Feasibility is now its own step in the listing form. Each sheet is named for you, can work from any of the listing's payment plans (so one unit can have a 50/50 and a 30/70 sheet), and can have its own inflation rate. Drop a sales offer on it, and after saving see each sheet's headline figures on the listing's team section and Details page.

Price per sqft from the unit types, and a developer's service charge

Each unit type's price per sqft is now worked out from its size and starting price, on the listing and in the form, and a project with no size of its own takes it from its cheapest unit. Keep a developer's service charge once in Edit developer, and its listings that state none use it in feasibility and comparison reports.

The Report leads with the potential commission

Clients › Report now opens on the live pipeline, the commission it would earn (each deal's sale price times its commission), what was won and the average deal. Every stage is a line of its own, however many your pipeline has, and the live commission is shown by the month each deal is expected to close.
