Sales pipeline
See every deal by stage, and what is billed against target.
Ask a manager how the month is going and the answer is a round of phone calls. Key Deal puts every client and every deal on one board, by stage, and works out what has been billed against the target as the deals move.

1 board
Every deal by stage
Off-plan sales, secondary and leasing each have their own pipeline, and every client starts in the one their brief fits.
1 page
The month, to forward
A one-page PDF of the pipeline: totals, every stage, by project and what moved today.
Every month
Billed against target
Set a commission and a sales value target, and see what is billed so far and what is still to bill.
A board you can move on a phone
Clients sit in columns by stage, with Won and Lost at the end. Drag a card on a laptop, or press Move on a phone; dropping a deal on Lost asks why, so the reason is kept.
- Pipelines and stages made for UAE sales, and yours to rename, reorder and add to
- A board view and a list view, remembered for next time
- Every move kept as history on the client, with who moved it
- The client's status follows the stage: Won marks them closed, Lost marks them lost

Deals, with the money on them
A client buying two units is two deals. Each one has its project, unit, unit type, sales value, the agency's commission and the month it is expected to close, and its own stage.
- Commission as a percentage, a fixed amount, none or not set yet
- A deal can start before the client has chosen the project
- Deals missing a value or a commission are marked, so they get filled in
- Live commission shown by expected close month
4 listings fit. New-listing email: on.
A report on where deals drop
Clients, then Report, shows how many deals reached each stage, how many went on to the next, and where the rest were lost: before the client committed, or after.
- Sales value, commission or a plain count, for the month, quarter, year or all time
- Lost before the commitment stage (an EOI, booking or reservation) reads as lost interest, after it as cancelled
- By project, and by broker for owners and admins on the agency plan
- Download as Excel, or as the one-page PDF

Targets, against what is billed
Set a monthly commission and sales value target and choose the stage that counts as billed, such as SPA signed with the down payment taken. A deal counts the day it reaches that stage.
- An independent realtor sets their own targets
- On the agency plan, targets for every broker and for the agency as a whole
- Billed so far, still to bill, and the pace the days of the month need
- An optional evening email on the days something moved

How to start
Three steps, and it is yours.
Open Clients, then Board
Your clients are already placed in the pipeline their brief fits, at the stage their status says.
Add the deals
Project, unit, value and commission on each client who is buying or renting something specific.
Set the month's target
Clients, then Targets: the amount and the stage that counts as billed.
Or say it to Claude
- “Move Ahmed's Harbour View deal to Offer”
- “How much commission have we billed this month against the target?”
- “Which deals are expected to close in November?”
What pipelines does Key Deal start with?
Off-plan sales, secondary sales and leasing, each with stages from first contact to won and lost. Every client is placed in the one their brief fits. You can rename, reorder and add stages, or make pipelines of your own.
Can one client have more than one deal?
Yes. A client buying two units, or buying one and renting another, has a deal for each, and each deal has its own stage, value and commission. On the board the client sits at their most advanced open deal.
How is billed worked out for targets?
You choose the stage that counts as billed in each pipeline, for example SPA signed with the down payment taken. A deal counts from the day it first reaches that stage or any stage after it, and stops counting if it is lost or moved back before it.
Can managers see every broker's pipeline?
On the agency plan, owners and admins see every broker's deals, the report by broker and every broker's targets. A realtor sees their own deals and their own target, with the agency's total as one line and no names.
Can I send the pipeline to a manager who does not use Key Deal?
Yes. Download the one-page PDF from the report, with the totals, every stage, the projects and what moved today. You can also switch on an evening email that is sent only on the days a pipeline moved or took something in.
Does an independent realtor get the pipeline?
Yes. A realtor on their own has the same pipelines, deals, report and targets for their own clients.
