Off-plan inventory
Know which units are still for sale, before the client asks.
Price lists arrive as spreadsheets and PDFs, and by the afternoon half the team is quoting yesterday's. Key Deal reads the developer's list onto the project it belongs to, so every realtor sees the same units, the same prices and what has already gone.

The whole price list
Drop the developer's Excel, CSV or PDF. Every sheet becomes a project's units, matched to the listing it belongs to.

A sales offer for a unit
The unit, its price and the payment schedule month by month, in your brand, with the offers running on it.

When the list changes
A new list replaces the old one. Units that dropped off are taken away, so nobody quotes a unit that has sold.
The developer's list, read for you
Upload the file the developer sent and Key Deal works out the columns: unit number, type, floor, size, price, status. Nothing is saved until you have seen what changes.
- Excel workbooks with a project on every sheet, CSV files, and PDFs with text
- Sizes in square metres turned into square feet, prices like 1.4M read as written
- Booked and on hold read as reserved
- A preview of every unit added, changed and removed before anything is saved
Reserved and sold, the moment you hear
Mark a unit reserved or sold from the listing or the inventory page, and everyone at the agency sees it at once. The listing's team box shows what is left.
- Filter the units by type, floor, price and status
- Who changed what, and when, is kept with every import
- When a realtor updates the units, the agency's owners and admins are told
- The units are for the team only: never on the public page or in a client's PDF

Make a unit's sales offer from its row: the price, the payment schedule on that price and the offers that apply, with your name and your link on it.
- Valid for the days you choose, prepared for the buyer you name
- The price in up to three more currencies beside the dirhams
- The developer's running public offers included
- Leave out the developer or the location when you are not the only agent

How to start
Three steps, and it is yours.
Open the project's inventory
Listings, then Inventory, then the project. Or start from the listing itself.
Drop the developer's file
Excel, CSV or a PDF with text. Check the preview of what changes.
Save, and keep it current
Upload the next list when it comes; mark units reserved or sold in between.
Or say it to Claude
- “Update the Creek Gate inventory from this price list”
- “Which 2 bedroom units are still available at Harbour View, under 2 million?”
- “Make a sales offer for unit 1204 for Ahmed, valid for 7 days, in dollars too”
Which files can Key Deal read a price list from?
Excel workbooks (every sheet can be a project), CSV and TSV files, and PDFs that carry their text. A scanned PDF is a picture of text, so send it to Claude through the connector, which reads it and fills the units in for you to check.
What happens to units that are not on the new list?
By default a new list replaces the old one, so units it no longer has are taken off. You can choose to keep them and mark them sold instead, or to add only the units the file lists. Every import is previewed before it is saved.
Can clients see the unit list?
No. The inventory is for the team: it shows inside the dashboard and in the team box on the listing page, never on the public listing, in the website API or in a client's PDF.
Does an independent realtor have inventory too?
Yes. A realtor on their own keeps the units of their own listings the same way, and makes sales offers from them.
Can the developer keep the units up to date for us?
Yes, on the agency plan. An agency can give people at a developer their own login, and when a developer keeps a project's units, the agency's listings of it follow their changes. Partners can hold a unit for a buyer while it is being decided.
