Team calendar

Every launch, EOI date and briefing, on one calendar the team can see.

Allocation dates live in a broadcast, the briefing is in someone's phone and the launch is in a group chat. Key Deal puts every date the agency's records already hold on one calendar, adds the team's events, and sends all of it to each person's own phone calendar.

For the dates you already have

EOI stages, allocation days, offers, handovers and upcoming releases come straight from the listings and guides.

1 feed

On every phone

Each person's private calendar address keeps their phone or laptop calendar up to date by itself.

1 tap

Going, maybe or not

Every event has an answer per person, so the organiser knows who is coming before the day.

The dates the records already hold

Nothing to retype: the calendar reads the agency's own work. Change an allocation date on a listing and the calendar has it.

  • EOI stages from the EOI guides, and every allocation day
  • Offers' first and last days
  • Handovers shown across the months they cover, never pinned to a day they do not name
  • Upcoming releases and when rentals become free

The team's events, with answers

Anyone at the agency can add an event: a developer briefing in-house or at the developer's office, a launch, a broker event, an open house, a roadshow or training, once or as a series.

  • Going, Maybe or Not going, with a note, for every date of a series
  • Owners and admins ask people to come, mark who came and download the attendance list
  • Events for everyone or only for the people chosen
  • People at developers with access can be invited, and can add events that wait for approval

Questions

What people ask about team calendar.

Anything else? Search the help centre or ask us.

Where do the calendar's dates come from?

From the agency's own records: EOI guides' stages, listings' allocation dates, offers' first and last days, handovers, upcoming project releases and when rentals become free. Nobody has to type them twice, and a date changed on the listing changes on the calendar.

Can I see the calendar on my phone?

Yes. Settings, then Calendar, gives you a private address to subscribe to: one tap in Apple Calendar, or paste it into Google Calendar or Outlook. It carries the events you are going to, or every date if you choose, and refreshes every hour.

Who can add events?

Everyone at the agency can add an event. Whoever added it, and the agency's owners and admins, can change or cancel it, and an event can be shown to everyone or only to the people chosen.

Can we see who is coming to a briefing?

Yes. Each person answers Going, Maybe or Not going for every date. Owners and admins can ask people to come, mark who came after the day, and download the attendance list as a spreadsheet.

Can developers add their launches?

People at a developer who have been given access by the agency can add events, such as a launch or a briefing at their office. They follow the agency's approval switch, so an owner or admin can check an event before the team sees it.

Do independent realtors have the calendar?

The team calendar and events are part of the agency plan. An independent realtor still keeps EOI and allocation dates on each listing, and the listing turns to open market by itself the day after allocation.
