Listing analytics

See which listings are being read, and which clients are warm.

A listing read by thirty people and a listing nobody opened look the same in a spreadsheet. Key Deal counts every view of every listing, and every open by the clients you sent it to, so you know where to spend the next call.

Views

Everybody who looked

Every visit to a listing page, from your website, a search engine or a link someone forwarded.

Opens

The people you sent it to

The part of those views with a name behind it: the clients whose own links were opened.

Seconds

How long they read

Time on the page and the documents opened, so a quick look and a long read are not the same number.

Every listing, by how much it is read

By listing shows views, opens, time read and documents opened for each property, most viewed first. A listing being read by strangers is working even before anyone is sent it.

  • Views from your website, search and forwarded links, as well as from your own sends
  • Brochures, floor plans and payment plans opened, counted apart from views
  • Most viewed first, so the listings nobody opens are easy to spot
  • Your own visits to your own listings are never counted

Every client, by how engaged they are

By client ranks the people you sent listings to by how much they opened and read. A client who came back three times this week is the first call; one who never opened is the follow-up.

  • Opens and time read per client, most engaged first
  • Each client's page lists every property sent, who sent it and what was opened
  • Ask Claude who opened what this week and get the same figures
  • Nothing about a client's identity is passed to analytics tools: only ids and kinds of action
Example
Ahmed · 2 bed · Marina or JLT · up to AED 3M
  • Marina Gate 2 · 2BRFits
  • Sea Cliff · 2BR off-planHandover after 2027
  • JLT Cluster V · 1BROne bedroom short

Offers made: which reports went out

Every brochure, one-page brief, sales offer, comparison, feasibility report and collection PDF made from Key Deal is listed with who made it, for which listing and when.

  • A realtor sees their own; owners and admins on the agency plan see the whole team's
  • What was chosen for each report, such as the currencies or what was left out
  • Ask Claude which offers went out this week and get the same list

Agency plan

Your website's traffic, and who brought it

On the agency plan, the overview shows impressions, unique visitors and enquiries for the last 7, 30 or 90 days against the period before, day by day, and which realtor's links brought the visitors.

  • Unique visitors counted without cookies, with only a coded id kept
  • By realtor: visitors brought, pages viewed and enquiries from their links
  • Credit kept as a visitor moves from a listing to the About page
  • Growth from nothing shown as a count, never as an inflated percentage

How to start

Three steps, and it is yours.

  1. Publish and send as you always do

Counting starts on its own: there is nothing to install or switch on.

  2. Open Analytics

By listing, by client and offers made. On the agency plan, the overview of your website's traffic too.

  3. Call the warm ones

Start with the clients who opened most recently, and the listings being read.

Or say it to Claude

  • “Which of my listings had the most views this month?”
  • “Who opened the Creek Gate brochure this week?”
  • “Which clients have not opened anything I sent them in the last two weeks?”

Questions

What people ask about listing analytics.

Anything else? Search the help centre or ask us.

What is the difference between views and opens?

Views are everybody who visited a listing page: from your website, a search engine or a forwarded link. Opens are the part of those with a name behind them, the clients whose own tracked links were opened. Opens can never be more than views.

Can I see which documents a client opened?

Yes. Opening a brochure, floor plan or payment plan from a client's link is recorded on their page, counted separately from page views. A client coming back for the payment plan is usually close to a decision.

Are my own visits counted?

No. When you are signed in and open your own listing, the visit is not counted. On the agency plan, the team's own visits to the agency's website are left out of the traffic figures too.

Is client data sent to analytics tools?

No names, phone numbers or emails are sent. The product analytics Key Deal uses receive only ids and the kind of action, such as a listing viewed or a document opened. The people in your CRM never agreed to be described to an analytics vendor.

Do independent realtors get website traffic analytics?

An independent realtor gets views, opens, time read, documents opened and offers made for every listing and client. The website traffic overview, with unique visitors and credit by realtor, is part of the agency plan.
