Every listing, client and developer in one place, the reports a client acts on made from them in a minute, a website that shows them, and for an agency, the team and the approvals around it. It is written for this market: handover dates, payment plans that run past the keys, EOIs and allocation days are fields, not notes.
Key Deal was called Waseeti until October 2026. The accounts, listings and websites made under that name are the same ones, at a new address.

Your clients hear from you, not from us.
Every link, report and message carries your name and goes out the way you choose. Key Deal writes the WhatsApp text and the email for you to send; it never messages your clients behind your back.

Figures, never guesses.
Every number on a report comes from the listing, the developer's own list or the assumptions you typed, and a blank stays blank. Market numbers come with how many transactions stand behind them, and too few are said to be too few.

Your work stays yours.
If a subscription ever lapses, you can still open every listing, client and report you made. Only adding new work stops, until you choose to carry on.
