How to do it
Open Report under Clients and choose the pipeline, the period (month, quarter, year or all) and whether to add up sales value, commission or count.
At the top: the live pipeline, the potential commission on it (each deal's sale price times its commission, or its fixed amount), what was won and the average deal. Then one line per stage, with the share that moved on between them, and the potential commission by expected close month.
Lost interest is before the client committed (EOI, booking, deposit), Cancelled is after it. Below: each broker's bar, typical days per stage, deals stuck too long and lost reasons.
Download Excel has every deal in the report. One-pager (PDF) puts the same pipeline and period on one page to forward: where every deal stands, by broker, by project, what moved today and what came in this week.
A realtor sees their own deals, with the agency's total in one line.
At an agency, the Leaderboard at the foot ranks the brokers by what they won this month, quarter or year (sales value and commission), with each one's open pipeline. Owners and admins see everyone and can download it as Excel; a realtor sees their own place.
Or ask Claude
“How is Off-plan sales doing this quarter, by commission?”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
