Add a client and their brief
With a budget, areas, bedrooms and goal, Key Deal shows which listings fit them.
Who it is for

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Clients › + Add client
- Realtor dashboard: Clients › + Add client
How to do it
On Clients, press + Add client.
Fill in their name and phone or email, then their brief.
The brief asks what listings carry: the sales status they want (Upcoming, EOI or Open market) and, for off-plan, the payment plan (a split like 20/80, a post-handover plan, or an off-plan mortgage). Leave them empty for any.
Tick Email them new listings that fit their brief if they want an evening email of new matches.
Their page shows the best matches, with Send beside each.
Or ask Claude
“Add Ahmed Khan, 050 123 4567, looking for a 2-bed in Marina under 2M”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
