Add your own client fields
Questions your team keeps on every client, beside the brief: whether the passport is in, the EOI amount, the next follow-up.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Settings › Client fields
- Realtor dashboard: Clients › Client fields
How to do it
Press + Add field, or Add from suggestions for ready-made ones (Passport received, EOI amount, Next follow-up and more).
Give it a name and a kind: short or long text, a number, an amount in AED, a date, one choice, several choices, or Yes/No.
Choose which pipelines' clients it is for, whether it is asked when a client is added or required, and whether it shows on the board card or as a column (up to three each). At an agency, a field can be kept to owners and admins.
Required: a client can't be saved without it, on the form or through Claude. A website enquiry or an import is never blocked; the client page says it is missing. A field kept to some pipelines is required once the client is in one of them.
Renaming a field or an option keeps every answer. Archive hides a field and keeps its answers; only an archived field can be deleted.
Or ask Claude
“Add a Yes/No client field called Mortgage pre-approved”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
