Add a client's deals: property, value and commission
A deal is one property or unit a client is buying or renting. Each has its own stage, so a client with two deals is followed on both.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Clients › a client › Deals
- Realtor dashboard: Clients › a client › Deals
How to do it
Open the client and press + Add deal at the top of Overview.
Pick one of your listings or type the project, then the unit, the sales value and the commission (a percentage, a fixed amount, none, or not set yet). Not sure of the project yet? Leave it blank: open the deal on the budget and the commission you expect, and fill the project in when the client chooses.
Showing a client several options? Keep one deal for the purchase, on the price and commission most likely, and change it when they pick. One deal per option would count the same sale several times in the report.
Choose the stage it starts at and the month it should close, then press Add deal.
Move a deal from its ⋯ menu. On the board the client sits at their most advanced open deal; with two open deals, Move asks which one.
Or ask Claude
“Add a deal for Khalid: Creek Gate Tower 2, unit 2-1204, 2.45M, 2% commission, closing Dec 2026”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
