Fill in a client's details and filter by them
Your team's own client fields sit under More details on each client.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Clients › a client › More details
- Realtor dashboard: Clients › a client › More details
How to do it
On a client's page, press a value under More details (or a name after Not answered), change it, and press Save.
The same fields are on the client form, under More details. A field asked when adding shows as Missing until it is answered.
On Clients, the Fields button filters by them: answered or not, a choice, Yes/No, or a range of amounts or dates. The search box finds words in text fields.
Download Excel on Clients gives every client you can see, with these fields as columns. An import fills them from columns with the same names.
Or ask Claude
“Khalid's passport is in and his EOI is 50k”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
