Make the stages match how you sell: renaming a stage keeps every client where they are.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Settings › Client pipelines
- Realtor dashboard: Clients › Edit pipelines
How to do it
Open the pipelines, choose one on the left.
Rename stages, add or remove them, set each to Working, Won or Lost, and say which new clients go into it.
Set how many days in one stage counts as stuck, and the reasons offered when a client is lost.
Deleting a stage that has clients asks where they go. Press Save pipeline.

With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
