Where to find it

- Realtor dashboard: Clients › Booked calls
How to do it
Open Booked calls (Calendar › Booked calls at an agency, Clients › Booked calls on your own account). Switch Booking on, tick the days you take calls and set the hours (Dubai time).
Choose how long a call is, the gap between calls, the least notice you need and how far ahead people may book. Add a Zoom, Meet or Teams link if you use one; without it, you call them on WhatsApp or by phone. Press Save hours.
Your website now has a Book a call page: Copy link shares it. At an agency it is your own page (/team/your-name/book), and the site's Book a call page offers everyone on the Team page who takes calls. The Signature layout's Book a call button and the Contact page use it by themselves.
When someone books, you are emailed and notified, the call is on your calendar (and in your calendar feed), and they are added to your clients with their note. They get an email with the time and a link to add it to their calendar or cancel.
Cancel a call from Booked calls: they are emailed a link to book another time. Owners and admins see and may cancel everyone's calls at the agency.
Or ask Claude
“Switch on my booking, weekdays 10:00 to 18:00, 30-minute calls”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
