Answer a broker's advice request
For managers: pick the listings, write the recommendation, send it back.

How to do it
Open Clients, Advice, To review, the notification, or the request in your 08:30 morning email. Press Take it so nobody else answers it too.
Tick up to four listings: the ones that fit the brief come first, or search by title, area, developer or code.
Choose whether the comparison reads for an investor or a home buyer, write what to tell the client and why, and send it to the broker.
You can change a sent answer; the broker is told again.
Or ask Claude
“Which advice requests are waiting for me?”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
