Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Details › Edit › Details
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › ⋯ › Edit › Details
How to do it
Open the listing's form, Details step, and find the unit types of the project.
Tick Sold out on the row; the price can stay blank.
Save. The Units and prices table and the client PDFs show Sold out, and that type no longer counts when matching clients.
Or ask Claude
“Mark the 1 Bedroom on One Residence as sold out”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
