The developer's WhatsApp groups
Keep the WhatsApp groups your team has with each developer, so anyone can join them in one tap.
Who it is for
Agency planAgency ownerAgency adminAgency realtor
Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Developers
How to do it
Owners and admins: open Developers, open the developer and press Edit developer.
Under WhatsApp groups press + Add a group: give it a name ("Meridian Properties sales"), paste the group's link (chat.whatsapp.com/...) and, if you like, a note ("Ask Sara to add you").
The link is in the group itself: open it in WhatsApp, Group info, then the option to add people by link, and Copy link. A wa.me link opens a chat with one person, so it is refused.
Everyone at the agency then sees each group with a Join group button on the developer, and on every listing by that developer (the team box on the listing and the listing's page in the dashboard). Clients never see them.
Or ask Claude
“Add the Meridian Properties sales WhatsApp group to Meridian Properties: chat.whatsapp.com/...”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Developers and projects
- Who to call at each developerEach developer's contacts in call order, with WhatsApp ready, its broker portal and availability.
- A developer's service charge, and price per sqftKeep a developer's service charge once, and every listing of theirs that states none uses it. Price per sqft is worked out for you.
- Developers sold through a master agencySome developers sell only through another company, like Devmark or One Broker Group. Mark them, and their listings show that company's people.
- The developer's availability sheetWhich units are still free, as the developer shares it: a link or a PDF, seen only by your team.
- Off-plan mortgageMark an off-plan listing as having an off-plan mortgage (a bank lends before handover), and, at an agency, which developers offer one with their offer as a PDF or picture.
- Show a unit type as sold outWhen none of a unit type is left, the listing says Sold out in its price column instead of a price.
