How to do it
Open Developers and search or scroll to the developer.
Open it: the contacts are in call order, with WhatsApp, Call and Email.
Owners and admins add or edit contacts there; Download Excel shares the list.
A contact's Role is picked from a shared list; owners and admins can add the agency's own with + New role, and delete them under Your agency's roles.
The list is only the developers your agency has added. When you add one, the name box suggests one name per developer (Meridian Properties, not its registered companies) and fills in its website and registration number when Key Deal knows them; keep or change them. Your contacts and notes are never shared.
Added twice or misspelt? Owners and admins open the developer and press Delete, choosing where its contacts go. A developer still named on a listing cannot be deleted until the listing's developer is changed.
