Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Details › Edit › Price
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › ⋯ › Edit › Price
How to do it
On an off-plan listing's form, Price step, tick Off-plan mortgage available under the payment plans. The listing page says so beside the payment plan, and clients can choose it in the Payment plan filter.
At an agency, owners and admins open Developers, choose the developer, press Edit developer and tick Offers an off-plan mortgage. Add the offer as a PDF or a picture; only your team sees it.
The Developers list's type filter has Off-plan mortgage, and that developer's listings remind you to tick the option.

- The developer's WhatsApp groupsKeep the WhatsApp groups your team has with each developer, so anyone can join them in one tap.
- A developer's service charge, and price per sqftKeep a developer's service charge once, and every listing of theirs that states none uses it. Price per sqft is worked out for you.
- Developers sold through a master agencySome developers sell only through another company, like Devmark or One Broker Group. Mark them, and their listings show that company's people.
- The developer's availability sheetWhich units are still free, as the developer shares it: a link or a PDF, seen only by your team.
- Show a unit type as sold outWhen none of a unit type is left, the listing says Sold out in its price column instead of a price.
