How to do it
Owners and admins add one on Promotions: one or several kinds, each with its value picked from a list or typed (2% or 4% transfer fee waiver, the splits of a payment plan, a discount in % or AED), then details, dates, public or team only, and which listings.
Anyone can press Share for a WhatsApp message with the offer and their own links.
A public offer shows on the listing; a team-only one only to the team.
To find one, search, or narrow the list by Type (transfer fee waiver, discount, payment plan, other), Developer and Shown to.
