Issue booking forms and SPAs
Your own lawyer-approved booking form and SPA, filled in for each buyer and unit, kept as issued with their signed copies, and Oqood tracked against its deadline.

How to do it
Open Projects, open the project and press Sales. Add your booking form and SPA templates: paste the text your lawyer approved and add fields such as {{buyer_name}}, {{unit}}, {{price_aed}} and {{payment_schedule}}. Key Deal fills them in; it never writes contract terms.
Under Settings, add the project's escrow account (printed on booking forms; the IBAN is checked), the number of days you have to register a signed SPA on Oqood, and if you like your own system's address, which is told when bookings and SPAs are signed.
Press Start a sale: from an allocated EOI (the buyer and broker come with it) or from a unit. The booking form is drawn and kept as issued, and the unit is Booked from then on. Fields with no value are left blank to complete by hand, and you are told which.
When the booking form comes back signed and the booking is paid into escrow, record it with the escrow reference and upload the signed copy. Then issue the SPA, record it signed, and record the Oqood number before its deadline.
Cancel a sale and the unit goes back on sale; an EOI it came from is paid again with no unit, to give another unit or refund. The broker is told at each step. Key Deal does not sign for anyone, take payments or file Oqood.
Or ask Claude
“Start the sale for EOI-0004 on Creek Gate Tower 3 with a booking amount of AED 245,000”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
