Run EOIs and the allocation
Open an EOI round on a project, take EOIs from partner brokers and your own team, check documents and payments, and allocate units once by time stamp, a priority list or a recorded draw.

How to do it
Open Projects, open the project and press EOIs. Open a round: the amount, when it opens and closes, when allocation unlocks, and the method. Tick whether partner agencies may submit, and for an Abu Dhabi project whether each EOI needs its Madhmoun reference.
Partner brokers submit from their listing of the project; your own team presses Record an EOI. Each gets a number (EOI-0001) and a time stamp to the second.
Open an EOI to see the buyer's documents (stored encrypted), mark the documents checked, then the payment cleared with its escrow reference. Ask the broker for a missing proof of payment in one press. Only paid EOIs take part.
Press Preview the order to see who would get which unit: each EOI its first preferred unit still free, then the cheapest available unit that fits what it asked for. When allocation unlocks, run it (it runs once). Allocated units go to EOI on the inventory grid and brokers are told.
A paid EOI that was not matched can be given an available unit by hand, or refunded. A refund records its reference and puts an allocated unit back on sale. Everything is in the log, which cannot be changed. Excel downloads the round.
Key Deal never takes the money: it goes to the project's escrow account, or ADREC's through Madhmoun in Abu Dhabi. Buyers' documents are deleted 90 days after the EOI ends.
Or ask Claude
“EOI-0004 on Creek Gate Tower 3 has cleared, escrow ref ESC-114, then preview the allocation”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
