Keep a project's units, holds and prices
Every unit of a project on one floor-by-floor grid: what is available, held, under EOI, booked, SPA signed or sold. Partner agencies see it live on their own listing.
Who it is for
DevelopersDeveloper
Where to find it
- Developer console: Projects › Inventory
How to do it
Open Projects, open the project and press Inventory. Import the price list you keep in Excel (a sheet per building is fine) or add units one by one. Floors and columns are read from the unit numbers (1204 is floor 12).
Choose a unit on the grid to see it, hold it for a buyer (48 hours unless you change it under ⋯ › Holds), move it to EOI, booked, SPA signed or sold, or block it when it is not for sale.
A hold runs out by itself: the unit is available again and whoever held it is told. You can release anyone's hold; partner agencies can hold up to 5 units each, or none if you switch that off.
⋯ › Change prices makes a new price list version: a percentage on available units, narrowed by floors, view, type or building, now or on a day. Held, EOI and booked units keep their price.
Download a sales offer for any unit still for sale: one page with the unit, its price, the payment schedule in dirhams and how long the offer holds, under your company's name.
Every agency that has the project sees the units on its own listing straight away, without blocked ones. Key Deal never takes payments or signs anything: bookings are paid into the project's escrow account as now.
Or ask Claude
“Mark 1204 in Creek Gate Tower 3 as booked, and raise floors 12 and up by 3% from 1 November”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
