Send a project to agencies
Write a project once and send it to the agencies you work with, or to any broker by email. It lands in their listings as a draft under their own name.
Who it is for
DevelopersDeveloper
Where to find it
- Developer console: Projects
How to do it
Open Projects and press New project. Fill in the project as you would a listing (price, units, payment plans, photos, documents) and save. Nothing is public.
Open the project and press Send to agencies. Tick the agencies you work with, or type brokers' email addresses, add a note if you like, and send.
Each one gets it in their own Listings as a draft, marked Copied from your company. They check it, confirm they may market it and publish it under their name.
Change the price, units, payment plan, handover, photos or documents later and save: everyone who has it is told an update is waiting. Their title and description stay theirs.
Where it went shows each agency or broker, whether it is live, and whether they have your latest version.
Your projects are yours and your colleagues': anyone whose confirmed email is at your company's own address (say @emaar.com, matching the developer's website) sees and keeps them too. With any other address, or one not yet confirmed, only you do.

With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
