The agencies your projects went to, ranked by what they sell, with each one's agreement, the commission per project, their invoices and your payments.

How to do it
Open Brokers. Every agency or broker that has one of your projects is a partner, ranked by signed sales, then EOIs.
Press a partner to record their agreement: agreement number, ORN, trade licence and expiry. Suspend one and they cannot submit EOIs or hold units on your projects until you make them active again; their owners and admins are told.
Under Commission, set each project's standard commission (a percentage of the price or a fixed amount, due when the booking form or the SPA is signed), and a partner's own rate where it differs. A sale keeps the rate it started with.
Each partner sale gets a commission line that falls due at the step you chose. Partners raise their invoice from Key Deal; open it as a PDF, and mark it paid with your transfer reference once the money has gone out.
Under Registrations, set a protection window in days. A partner can then register a buyer with you, and an EOI for the same buyer from another agency is flagged on your EOI desk with who registered them first.
Or ask Claude
“Set 5% commission on Creek Gate Tower 3, due when the SPA is signed”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
