Find listings by their offer
Narrow listings to those with a developer offer of a kind, and a value: a 4% transfer fee waiver, a 20/80 plan offer, 5% off or more.

How to do it
On Listings, press Filters and scroll to Promotion (or type "offer" in the panel's search).
Press a kind: transfer fee waiver, Discount, Payment plan or Other. Only kinds the listings in view have are offered, with how many.
Then, if you want, pick the values its offers carry: 2% or 4% for a waiver, the split for a plan, "From 5%" for a discount. Leave them all off for any value.
Only offers running today count. Team-only offers count for the team; your website's filter only ever uses public ones.
