EOI guides: how to submit an EOI
For one project: the dates, steps, the client's documents, the token and how to pay, for the whole team.
Who it is for
Agency planAgency ownerAgency adminAgency realtor
Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › EOI guides
How to do it
Owners and admins press + New EOI guide and choose the listings it covers.
Write How to submit as a numbered list; a line above a list (“Minimum AED 100,000 paid via:”) with bullets under it stays a plain line.
Pick the documents, ways to pay (Crypto included) and what makes it count (EOI form completed included) from the lists: each list stays open, so tick as many as you need, then Done. Add the PDFs or pictures.
The guide shows at the top of those listings for the team, with a WhatsApp message for the client.
An Allocation stage with a date turns the listings Open market the day after.
For the next phase of a project, press ⋯ then Duplicate on a guide: the steps, documents, token and rules are copied, then name it, choose its listings and add its dates.
Or ask Claude
“Set up the EOI guide for this project from the circular”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works

- Who to call at each developerEach developer's contacts in call order, with WhatsApp ready, its broker portal and availability.
- The developer's WhatsApp groupsKeep the WhatsApp groups your team has with each developer, so anyone can join them in one tap.
- A developer's service charge, and price per sqftKeep a developer's service charge once, and every listing of theirs that states none uses it. Price per sqft is worked out for you.
- Developers sold through a master agencySome developers sell only through another company, like Devmark or One Broker Group. Mark them, and their listings show that company's people.
- The developer's availability sheetWhich units are still free, as the developer shares it: a link or a PDF, seen only by your team.
- Off-plan mortgageMark an off-plan listing as having an off-plan mortgage (a bank lends before handover), and, at an agency, which developers offer one with their offer as a PDF or picture.
