How to do it
Open Events and press + Add event: the title, day and time, venue, map link, booking link and flyer.
Choose the agencies. Where an agency checks developers' changes, an owner or admin there shows it first.
Each agency's team answers whether they are going; Events shows how many are going at each.
When an agency asks you to one of its events, it is at the top of Events: answer Going, Maybe or Not going, and Add to my calendar.
Settings, Calendar puts your events, and the ones agencies asked you to, in your own calendar app.
