Submit a buyer's EOI to the developer

On a listing that came from a developer's project, submit your buyer's EOI with their documents, and follow it to allocation.

Where to find it

  • Agency dashboard: Listings › Inventory
  • Realtor dashboard: Listings › Inventory

How to do it

  1. Open Listings › Inventory and open the listing. When the developer has an EOI round open, the EOIs box at the top shows its amount and dates.

  2. Press Submit an EOI: the buyer's name, email or phone, up to three preferred units in order (or what they want instead: bedrooms, floor, budget), how they paid and the reference, and their passport, Emirates ID and proof of payment.

  3. Pay the EOI into the project's escrow account as the developer says: Key Deal keeps only the reference and the documents, encrypted, for the developer and you.

  4. Follow each EOI there and in your notifications: submitted, verified, paid, then allocated with its unit, or refunded. Add a document later with + Document. At an agency, owners and admins see every EOI the agency sent.

Or ask Claude

“Submit an EOI for Aisha Rahman on Creek Gate Tower 3: she wants 1305 or 1405, transfer ref FT26291”

With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
