EOI, Open market or Sold out
The status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Details › Edit › Details
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › ⋯ › Edit › Details
How to do it
Open the listing's form and go to Details, Delivery.
Choose Upcoming, EOI, Open market or Sold out. Upcoming needs its expected release; EOI needs the day its EOI opens and its allocation date. The listing cannot be saved without them.
On an agency, saving an EOI listing that has no EOI guide takes owners and admins straight to a new guide for it, its dates filled in. Until it has one, the team sees “EOI guide missing” on it.
A sold out listing leaves your website unless you choose to keep showing it.
Or ask Claude
“Mark WS-4F2A9K as sold out”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
