How to do it
Type in the search box: a name, area, developer or WS- code.
Press Filters for everything else, choose, and press Apply filters. Clear all resets them.
Under Areas, add as many places as you like: each becomes a bubble (pick a suggestion, or type and press Enter or a comma), and listings in any of them show. Press × on a bubble to take it off.
Switch between cards, the table and the map with the icons on the right (an agency's Listings). The map shows every live listing that matches, as price tags; press one for the property, and a dashed tag means the pin was placed from the address, not a map link.
On an agency, the four numbers under the heading count your listings by status: Upcoming, EOI, Open market and Sold out. Press one to see those listings; press it again to see them all.
Cards load 24 at a time and the table 50: more arrive as you scroll down.
Or ask Claude
“Show my off-plan 2-bedrooms in Dubai Marina under 2M”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Listings
- Add a listingStart from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
