Add a listing
Start from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
Who it is for

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › + Add listing
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › + Add listing
How to do it
Press + Add listing at the top of Listings.
Paste the developer's message or describe the property, then press Continue. Or choose Enter details manually.
Check each step of the form: basics, location, details, price, photos and documents, description.
On Review, choose who can see it and confirm you may market it, then publish or save as a draft.
A draft saves itself as you type, so you can come back to it from the Drafts tab.
Or ask Claude
“Make a listing from this brochure link”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Listings
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
- Search and filter listingsThe same filters as your website: area, budget, bedrooms, payment plan, handover, developer, offers and more.
