Send a copy of a listing to a broker at another agency
Co-broking: the other broker gets the listing in their own Key Deal listings, under their name, without your details.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › ⋯ › Send a copy to another broker
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › ⋯ › Send a copy to another broker
How to do it
On Listings, press ⋯ on the listing and choose Send a copy to another broker (on an agency listing's Details page it is the Send a copy button).
Type the email address they sign in to Key Deal with, add a note if you like, and press Send the copy.
With an account, it is in their listings at once as a draft: they check it, confirm they may market it, and publish it under their own name. Without one, they are emailed and the copy waits until they make an account with that address and confirm it. To send to someone not on Key Deal, confirm your own address first.
Your name, number, reference, permit, tracked links and views never go with it. Inside their dashboard it says Copied from you; their clients never see that.
Private, archived and sample listings cannot be sent. At an agency, realtors send live listings only; owners and admins send drafts too.
Or ask Claude
“Send a copy of Creek Gate to layla@otheragency.ae for her client”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Listings
- Add a listingStart from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
