A developer sent you a project, or an update
Developers can send their projects straight into your listings as drafts, and tell you when the price, units or payment plan change.

How to do it
A project sent to you arrives in Listings as a draft, marked Copied from the developer. Check it, confirm you may market it and publish it like any listing.
When the developer changes the price, units, payment plan, handover, photos or documents, you get a notification and the listing shows An update from the developer.
Press Apply update to take their new figures; your title, description and everything else you wrote stay as they are. Or press Keep mine; a later update is offered again.
At an agency, a realtor's update to a live listing goes to an owner or admin to approve, as any change would.
Or ask Claude
“Apply the developer's update to Creek Gate”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Listings
- Add a listingStart from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
