Market listings: Key Deal's projects, ready to send
Every Key Deal project as an unlisted listing on your agency, so you can send it, compare it and study it without making it one of your own first.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Market
How to do it
An owner or admin switches it on once: Settings › Agency profile › Market listings. The projects appear on Listings under the Market tab within a minute or two.
Market shows them as cards, a table or a map, with the same search and filters as your own listings. They are never under Agency listings, on your website, in your API or in any email to clients.
Open one to see it as your client will; Send, Copy message, collections, Compare and the feasibility report work as on any listing. Its page is unlisted: only people you send it to can open it.
Until someone at the agency changes it, it updates itself when the project's price, plan, handover or units change. Once changed (a feasibility sheet, a new photo, your own words), updates wait on its Details page for Apply or Keep mine.
To make one your own, an owner or admin presses Add to our listings on its Details page. It stays unlisted until you make it public from Edit.
Who sees market listings follows each person's listing access, as any listing.
On the listing page's team box and its Details page, Our contacts are the people your agency keeps for that developer. Until your agency adds anyone of its own for that developer, Sales contacts show the people that came with the project's details instead, most likely the developer's sales team; they are not ones your agency added. Add one contact for the developer under Developers and its sales contacts no longer show. Both are for your team only, never for a client, and an agency that keeps developer contacts to owners and admins keeps these to them too.
Or ask Claude
“Give me three options for a 2-bedroom in Dubai Hills under 2.5M, including market listings, and send them to Ahmed”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Listings
- Add a listingStart from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
