Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Alerts
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › Alerts
How to do it
On Listings, choose the filters the client asked for (area, type, bedrooms, budget, payment plan…), or type in the search box.
Press Get alerts at the end of the line that says what you are showing. Name it after the client or the brief, then Save alert.
From then on each new match is in your notifications at once and in your 08:30 morning summary. What matches today is not announced.
Listings › Alerts lists yours: Open shows what matches now; ⋯ pauses, resumes, renames or deletes one. Only you see your alerts.
Or ask Claude
“Alert me when a 2-bed in JVC under AED 1.5M comes up, call it Ahmed”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Listings
- Add a listingStart from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
