Where to find it

How to do it
On Listings, press Add a listing and choose Start from a Key Deal project.
Search by name, developer or area, or narrow by emirate, developer, status, handover and price. A project your agency already has a listing from says In your listings.
Open a project to see what comes with it: its photos, units and prices, and its brochure, floor plans and factsheet, each opened in the reader with Open. Then press Create my draft. The listing form opens with everything filled in, as a draft only your team can see.
Check the price, the payment plan and the handover with the developer, add your reference, permit and who can see it, and publish as usual.
Photos and documents marked Shared are the project's own files, used by every agency, so they take no space. Add or replace one and the new file is yours. Every unit is in the listing's Inventory.
When the project's price, plan, handover, status or units change, the listing's Details page offers the update: Apply update brings them in and adds its new files, Keep mine leaves it. Your title, description and your own files never change.
