Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Inventory
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › Inventory
- Developer console: Listings › Inventory
How to do it
Open Listings › Inventory and drop the developer's list: an Excel workbook (a sheet per project is fine), a CSV or a PDF.
Each project in it is matched to its listing. Check the listing and how the list is read: The new list (the default: it replaces the old one, and units it no longer has are taken off), Everything still for sale (units it no longer has are kept, marked sold), or Only some units.
Read what changes (new units, price and status changes, units taken off or marked sold) and press Save to listing, or Save all matched.
To start again, open the listing's inventory and press Delete inventory: every unit goes, the listing stays, and the deletion is recorded with your name.
Open a listing on the same page to see its units, filter them, and mark one reserved or sold as it happens. Every update records who made it and when.
Inventory is for your team: clients never see the unit list. Through Claude, send the file and say “update our inventory from this”; it shows what would change before saving.
Or ask Claude
“Here is this week's availability for Lawncrest, update our inventory”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works

- Add a listingStart from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
