Hold a developer's unit, or make a sales offer for one unit
When the developer keeps a project's units on Key Deal, your listing shows them live and you can hold one for a buyer. Any unit still for sale gets a one-page sales offer.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Inventory
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › Inventory
How to do it
Open Listings › Inventory and open the listing. When it says the developer keeps the units, availability and prices update by themselves.
Press Hold next to an available unit: it is kept for your buyer for 48 hours (or what the developer chose), up to 5 at a time, then free again by itself. The developer is told. Release it when you no longer need it. A hold is not a booking.
Press Sales offer next to any unit still for sale, type the buyer's name if you like, choose how long it holds and up to three other currencies (US dollars, pounds, euros, Australian dollars): a PDF under your name with the unit, its price (and in each currency), the payment schedule with a column per currency, every offer running on the project that clients may see with its details, and a QR code to your own link.
Or ask Claude
“Hold 1305 in Creek Gate Tower 3 for Aisha Rahman and make her a sales offer”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works

- Add a listingStart from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
