See what a developer owes you, and invoice it
For projects a developer sent you on Key Deal: the commission on each, every sale's commission, and your invoice when it is due.

Where to find it
- Agency dashboard: Listings › Statements
- Realtor dashboard: Listings › Statements
How to do it
Open Listings, then Statements (it appears once a developer has sent you a project). Each developer shows your agreement, the commission on each project and every sale: pending, due, invoiced or paid.
Owners and admins (or a solo realtor) press Invoice details once: your TRN if you are VAT registered, the address and the bank account printed on the invoice.
When sales are due, press Raise invoice. Key Deal makes the invoice PDF from your details, adds 5% VAT when you have a TRN, and tells the developer. You are told when they mark it paid.
At an agency, a realtor sees the commission on their own sales; owners and admins see the whole agency's and its invoices.
Or ask Claude
“What does Meridian Properties owe us, and raise the invoice”
With the Key Deal connector, Claude does the same from a sentence. How the connector works
More in Listings
- Add a listingStart from the developer's message or a few lines about the property; the form fills itself in for you to check.
- Adding a listing as an agency realtorYou can add listings when your agency allows it; a public one waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
- Change a listingOpen the listing's details and press Edit; a live listing saves with the button, a draft saves itself.
- Public, unlisted or privatePublic is on your website; Unlisted opens only for people with the link; Private only for the people who run it.
- EOI, Open market or Sold outThe status clients see on the badge; an EOI project needs its EOI date and allocation date, and turns Open market by itself the day after it allocates.
- See who added a listingEvery listing added since 16 Oct 2026 says who added it, and whether they did it through Claude.
