Owner does everything; admin everything except billing and the address; a realtor works on what is assigned.

How to do it
Owner: everything, including billing and the agency's address.
Admin: everything else, including approving and the website.
Realtor: the listings their access allows and the clients assigned to them; public listings wait for approval.
Change someone's role or access from Invite, by opening their name.
