WhatsApp message templates

Write the message once, with fill-in tags, and pick it whenever you send a listing or a collection.

How to do it

   On a listing or a collection, press ⋯ and Send with a template… (in a new collection's panel: Write it with a template…).

   Pick a template: Key Deal's (Standard is today's message), your team's or your own. Type the client's name, change anything, then Copy message or WhatsApp.

   To write your own: + New template, a name, when it is offered (one listing, several, or both) and the text. Tags like {client first name} and {listings} fill themselves in; the preview shows how it reads.

   Owners and admins can tick Share with the whole team. Everyone uses the team's templates; only owners and admins change them.
