How to do it
Tick the round circle on two or more listing cards, or tick the rows in the table, then press Make a collection; or press + New collection on Collections. What you selected stays selected when you switch between cards and the table, search, filter or open one of your lists, and the bar says how many are not in the view you are on.
Choose a client or anyone, add a title and a note, and put the properties in order.
Press WhatsApp or Copy message: your note goes in the message itself, above the link, so it is read before anyone opens it. You see each time it is opened.
WhatsApp and Copy message are on each collection; Open, Link only, PDF, Edit, Turn off and Delete are under its ⋯. Delete stops the link for good; Turn off can be undone.
Owners and admins: press Share with team on a collection (or tick Share with the team when making one). It shows under From the agency in everyone's Collections, everyone is notified, and each realtor sends it as their own link. Only owners and admins can change it after that.
