Let an admin edit the agency's website
The agency site is the owner's to edit; tick the admins who may edit it too.

- Agency dashboard: Configuration › Settings › Access
How to do it
Open Settings, then Access.
Under Agency website, tick the admins who may edit it, and save.
Realtors never edit the agency site: each has their own page instead.
